The world keeps on breathing- Live

Toer developed a solo show for The Air Museum in Amberg, Germany. Originally from Mid April until the end of July. However, due to Covid-19, plans have changed a bit. While we wait for the world to survive, we’ve installed an in-between setup that shows the current state of the planet.

The world keeps on breathing.
Some people literally need help with breathing. Some have to work hard to save other peoples lives. Others are not able to do their work and hold their breath for the tide to turn. Our primary need of air is under pressure. With some simple camping stuff we created a setup that reflects the current state of the planet. The repetitive and continuous motion of this bare setup expresses the oppressed relation we have with the constant need for air.

The setup is running 24/7 in our studio and can be seen live on youtube.
