This immersive light artwork captures the essence of springtime, evoking the return of flowers and birds after the stillness of winter. It invites viewers to experience the beauty of new beginnings, bringing the spirit of spring into colder months.
The piece explores themes of anticipation and wonder, evoking the joy of spotting the first blooms of the season. Hidden until just the right moment, it symbolizes the quiet presence of life and renewal, even during the dark winter days.

Flock of Light transforms from a light and airy artistic design piece during daytime to a swarm of bright lights at night. Flock of Light comes in three sizes: 11, 21 and 31 after the number of light sources. Both sizes are made from brass cups, bronze wires and semi-transparent polycarbonate diffusers. This suspension lamp brings a bright, warm and poetic glow right after dark. A Flock of Light captured in stillness.
In Eindhoven, we designed a small observation tower providing a panoramic view over an area planned for upcoming development projects.
Constructed from road beacons, the tower pays homage to the road markers that will soon outline the area, supporting the construction process. It also subtly references the city’s logo, The Vibe.
In the coming years, the tower will serve as an informational hub, allowing residents to stay updated on the transformations planned for the city center and railway district, known as KnoopXL.
